Eat Before Eating
Thanksgiving is on the way and one of the symptoms will be too much food! Thanksgiving comes with an array of meals that range from delicious roasted turkey to creamy mashed potatoes. But how do you make sure you don’t get too stuffed through the holidays? The answer is to eat before you eat. Having a bowl of salad or fruit will go a long way in alleviating hunger.
