Practice The 20/20/20 Rule
More and more, we see jobs where employees are required to stare at a computer for at least 7 hours of the day. This type of constant exposure is bad for the eyes and a great way to relax those muscles is to practice the 20/20/20 rule.
Step 1) Lift your eyes from the screen every 20 mins.
Step 2) For 20 seconds.
Step 3) Look at Something 20ft Away.
Step 4) Repeat
This will ensure you are giving your eyes the necessary break that they deserve.
